Taste great on chicken and beef!
Tahini Garlic Sauce:
1/2 cup tahini
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup water or more to get consistency desired
2 cloves grated or finely chopped garlic
1/2 cup fresh finely chopped parsley (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together, refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
