Chicken Shawarma Marinate/ Rub Recipe:
Mix in bowl 3 Tbsp. Spice Giant Chicken Shawarma Seasoning with 1/3 cup olive oil or oil of choice.
Add 2 Lbs. chicken breast or skinless thighs and coat well.
Refrigerate 1 hour or up to 48 hours before cooking.
Grill, air or pan fry or cook in oven to perfection. Cut Chicken into Strips.
