Crispy Chicken Shawarma:
2 Lb. Whole Chicken Breast, or Tenders
2 Table Spoons Spice Giant Crispy Chicken Shawarma Seasoning
1 Cup Bread Crumbs
2 eggs
Preparation:
If the chicken is thicker than 1/2 inch, slice into 2 layers.
Pound chicken to make tender and same thickness.
Mix seasoning into bread crumbs (breading mixture)
Dip chicken in beaten eggs, then dip chicken in breading Mixture
pressing into the breading mixture, shake off excess.
Deep fry, pan fry or bake in oven to perfection.
Cut chicken into strips.
Pairing Suggestions:
pita, rice, hummus or your favorite side dish.
Ranch Garlic Sauce:
1 cup ranch dressing
3 cloves grated or finely chopped garlic
1 tsp dry parsley flakes
¼ tsp black pepper
Mix all ingredients together, refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
