Beef Kafta Kabob Recipe:
2lbs. Ground Beef or Lamb
3 Ts. Spice Giant Kafta Seasoning
1 med onion, minced
½ cup fresh finely chopped parsley
1 med Tomato, peeled and finely chopped (optional)
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients together
Refrigerate for 1 hour
Shape into 2-inch meatballs or form
the mixture on a shish kafta Skewer
grill or pan fry with light oil until cooked
to desired temperature
Tahini Garlic Sauce:
1/2 cup tahini
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 Cup water or more to get consistency desired
2 teaspoon grated or finely chopped garlic
1/2 cup fresh finely chopped parsley (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together, refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
